Master of Arts in Transformational Leadership (MATL)

Applications are now being accepted for admission to the 2012-2013 cohort of the Master of Arts in Transformational Leadership (MATL) at Barclay College.  This nationally accredited master's program is now being offered in two separate concentrations, utilizing two distinct delivery models.  Classes are scheduled to begin in August of 2012.

The Master of Arts in Transformational Leadership is a 36 semester-hour degree program designed to equip men and women for effective Christian life, service and leadership.  The MATL-SF (Spiritual Formation) utlilizes a blended delivery model (online and face2face) and is designed primarily with pastors, missionaries and other church leaders in mind.  The MATL-PS (Professional Studies) utilizes a fully online delivery model and targets those who are serving Christ in the public square.  At the heart of both MATL concentrations is a passionate commitment to a thoroughly biblical approach to Christian life and ministry: "Do not be conformed any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind" (Romans 12:2).
