Biking Across Kansas for Barclay College (BAK4BC) is a fundraising initiative on behalf of the School of Graduate StudiesDave Williams, Director of the Master of Arts in Transformational Leadership-Spiritual Formation (MATL-SF), was one of 800 riders that participated in this annual, nine-day cycling event.  This year's BAK took place June 7-15, 2013, and followed a 500-mile route along the southern border of the state (see map).  A daily blog of Dave's journey across the Sunflower State on the BAK is posted below.

Although the tour is now complete, contributions will continue to be received.  Donors can give a specified amount for each mile of the route (e.g., $.10 per mile for a total of $50.00, $1.00 per mile for a total of $500.00, $10.00 per mile for a total of $5,000.00, etc.).  All proceeds will benefit the newly established Graduate Scholarship Fund (see attachment), which provides scholarships of up to $4000 for all qualified students who are enrolled in a master's program at Barclay College.  Nearly $15,000 in gifts and pledges has been received so far.  For additional information, contact Dave Williams at or call 800-862-0226.
